  We used carsales online instant offer service to sell our 2015 Hyundai ix35, and were connected to Robert Bell at Lennock Motors in Phillip.
  
  Robert got in touch via text on the Sunday, called on the Monday, inspected the car on the Tuesday, money in our bank account by Thursday morning. It was a seamless process, we couldn’t be happier.
  
  Robert was very helpful and personable. We received market value for the car and could not be more impressed by the overall experience.
  
  If you’re looking to sell your car, take it straight to Robert at the Capital Honda building on Melrose Dr.

  If you want a good car and good after sales service - DO NOT BUY A JAGUAR AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY IT FROM LENNOCK MOTORS.
  
  I purchased my car at the end of June 2017, picked it up in the first week of July 2017.
  
  Issue after issue. Going into their service centre, not getting the issues fixed, telling me either the issues were fixed (and they were definitely not, as I came back in multiple times for the same issue) or they tell me they can't replicate it, so that means they CANT FIX IT. The service area do not let me know my car is ready to be picked up. I have had to call them 4 times out of the 6 I have been there for things to be fixed. THEY DON'T CALL ME. I have to call them to find out what's happening, whether my car is ready or not. Poor, non-existent after sales service!
  
  Called Jaguar's customer care line and they have badly trained, rude, aggressive men who DO NOT LISTEN, are abrasive bullies that HANG UP ON YOU!
  
  Outcome is, after the 6th time, yes I had to go in 6 times for issues:
  1. They are still outstanding issues that happened to me on the day they gave me back my car
  2. Now there are new issues happening

  After ACDC of Mitchell nearly destroying my car and using cheap parts!!! Never again!!!
