  Went in for a tyre change and a wheel alignment. They successfully managed to scratch my rims and somehow damage my rear bumper lightly so that the plastic flexed and cracked the paint... I guess from some light impact. I raised it with them but they refused to listen and insulted my knowledge of my own car, saying the damage was already there and that I was trying to scam them. Then pointing out minor scratches that were already there and saying that the whole rear bumper was already damaged and that caused this new damage even though it wasn't there when i dropped the car off but was there after I picked it up. The bullshitting was obvious when they try to associate themselves with you by saying "I also have one of these cars (rotary engine) and I made sure that it was taken care of properly." Then they have no idea when you test their knowledge with some basic facts about the car. Just shows that they care nothing for paying customers and try and wriggle out of compensating you when they damage your car. Would not recommend.
