  Absolutely fantastic service from Primary Dental! I came in with an emergency dental issue and the treatment from reception staff was second to none. The dentist, Dr Eliza Skoutarides was also second to none. Not only did she take me straight in to fix my problem, she was very compassionate and caring and put me at ease straight away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting a professional caring and compassionate dental experience.

  The one star is in reference to the administration team, not the dentists. The service (when rendered) is good, particularly referring to the dentists. However, there seems to be an issue with the administration team. A common occurrence of bookings not being made properly. Examples:
  
  1. I was booked to see Dr. Tong on a particular day in Phillip. Only to learn on arrival that Dr.Tong actually didn't work in Phillip on that day but rather worked in Belconnen. My booking was confirmed for Phillip. Belco had to squeeze me in last minute (as I was due to travel), but the inconvenience of rearranging my workday (considering belco isn't close to my home or work) was completely unacceptable.
  
  2. Today, a similar issue occurred. Booked months in advance to see Dr. Helen. Only to learn on arrival that the dentist doesn't work on Saturdays for the month of September. No prior communication efforts made to me. Only 'sorrys' on arrival, which make no difference to my situation.
  
  Frustrating and I certainly will not be coming here again.

  Have been using them for the past couple of years and they have always been great.
  Dr Arya is my recommended dentist if you have children.

  Hands down best dentist I've ever gone to. Dr Arya is so knowledgeable and explains everything clearly to you. I've never had a dentist go into so much detail and spend so much time making sure I understand what's going on with my teeth, even with just a general clean and check up. The technology in the clinic is also impressive and allows for you to see first hand what's going on.
  
  I'm not a huge fan of the dentist but Dr Arya made me feel so comfortable. She is kind and patient, which I feel are such important qualities to look for in a dentist. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone and am genuinely so glad I've found her.

  I had my dental services done at Primary , Phillip by Dr.Mamta Arya.She is very caring, capable and professional and provided excellent service.Her genuine care for the patient is remarkable. I felt painless throughout the extractions and fillings. Also I had my plate fixed by her. Her post care instructions were very useful and overall I have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone. Also thanks to her able DAs PJ and Vrinda. Best wishes Rams
