  One of the cheapest pharmacy I've ever found here. They have quite variety of ranges in medicine, skincare, vitamin, as well as perfume. The only issue is the place is pretty hard to find. The exact place is pretty strange and looks like it was not well-built if I compare it with any other suburbs. But yea, NGL that this place is such a rescue.

  Absolute joke of a place.
  I’ve had to visit this store twice in the last month and it’s been a horrible experience both times.
  First time I ordered click and collect which was ridiculous. What’s the point when you have to line up in a massive line for 15 minutes to collect it?
  
  The second time I went there was yesterday. Trying to get someone to help me was almost painful. Despite there being numerous staff around, I approached four seperate staff members to help me find the things I needed. Not one of them actually took me to the product or even pretended like they wanted to help me. They just pointed in the direction of the place they thought it was or told me the number of the aisle the products were in. Not very helpful at all. The only person that was remotely friendly was the lady that served me at the counter when I was paying for my stuff.
  
  The store is cluttered. Not wheelchair or pram friendly at all. I had to move ladders and boxes myself out of the way so I could walk down the aisles with my pram looking for the stuff i needed. Staff members saw me do this and looked the other way.
  A trip that should’ve taken 10-15 minutes took me over 40 minutes.
  Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Gee, not sure I've ever given a shoutout to a big chain like this, but here goes. While this store is super busy, I find the pharmacists and staff are always available to discuss my personal needs. Super helpful. And you won't get cheaper prescriptions, which is soooo important when you need them regularly.

  The long wait time aside I’m giving this 5 star review to the two ladies who were in charge of script pick ups. Especially the one who dealt with a crazy Karen with a calm smile. It’s not easy working in this environment with staff shortages and such huge numbers of scripts being processed and as an ethnic minority myself I know how disheartening it can be to be disrespected. I applaud the staff on how they handled the tension and hope they know their service is much appreciated.

  I hate the location of this store, opposite Westfield Woden. There’s never any parking out the front and you have to park in the mall itself and walk over. A better location in Phillip would be great, it would provide the opportunity for a larger store and ample parking for customers. Wait times for scripts vary, but staff generally tell you approximately how long it will be. Staff are helpful and pharmacists provide advice on medications. I’m giving this Chemist Warehouse 2/5 due to its location and fact that the shop is one big trip hazard! Every single aisle has boxes on the ground and trolleys in the walkways. It’s so hard to get around at the best of times, yet alone when I have to come here with my baby who’s in a pram. I’m honestly surprised no one has been hurt yet by tripping on boxes and sued them!

  Prices good but sometimes the waiting makes me question whether I should've gone elsewhere.
  Shop is regularly messy out front when deliveries arrive. Boxes and packing at the front of the shop.
  Prescription waiting time is normal only 10-15 minutes however the queue to the checkouts can go 15-20 people deep. This place is almost 5-star but just needs a little more attention to the customer experience
